Our President has seen fit to pardon Mr. Libby. He has refused to discuss the matter or offer his reasons. Some have suggested Mr. Libby has "something" on his former boss, the Vice President and this was the administrations way of silencing him. I do not know the justification for the pardon. I do not know if the punishment fit the crime.
What I do know is this is not a Dictatorship and our President should answer to his people. What I do know is we have juries who's job it is to be fair, to weigh the facts and then render their decisions. To ignore these decisions flies in the face of our jury system.
